15 hs Hands on Assist Training

This Hands-on assist training, with Valery and Nush, focuses on the potential of touch, giving and receiving assists while building more confidence in your practice. We will infuse the training  with insights and wisdom of Zen Thai Shiatsu and dive deeper into the world of touch.

Nush and Valery have been Yoga Teachers for the past 6+ years and been training closely with Gywn Williams, the founder of Zen Thai Shiatsu for the past 3 years. We believe that Zen Thai has a great impact on our teaching and assisting style and that's why we can not wait to share these two passions.

You can expect two days of Asana practice, classical hands-on assists, and a holistic approach to touch. It’s ideal for anyone who just finished a teacher training, for those who seek more guidance and confidence in themselves as teachers.

Example Day 1:

11:00 - 12:15  Vinyasa Yoga practice

12:15 - 13:30 Lunch Break

13:30- 14:30  Module 1 - Ethics and touch

14:30 - 16:30 Module 2 - Zen Thai Shiatsu

16:30 - 17:00 Break

17:00 - 19:00 Module 3 - Standing Asanas

In this course, you’ll learn key assist techniques for classical asanas while cultivating the inner trust needed to support others. We believe that most of this work is done by observing and listening carefully. When do I assist? When do I not?

Join us for two days of learning, refining and receiving.
