This Hands-on Assist Training, with Valery and Nush, focuses on the potential of touch, giving and receiving assists while building more confidence in your practice. The training will be infused with insights and wisdom from Zen Thai–inspired bodywork. This will allow us to dive deeper into the world of touch and gain a greater understanding of how we touch someone, not only with our hands, but with deep awareness.
Saturday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Nush and Valery have been Yoga Teachers for the past 6+ years and been training with Gywn Williams, the founder of Zen Thai Shiatsu in the past 3 years. We believe that Zen Thai has a great impact on our teaching and assisting style and that's why we can not wait to share these two passions.
You can expect two days of Asana practice, classical hands-on assists, and a holistic approach to touch. It’s ideal for anyone who just finished a teacher training, for those who seek more guidance and confidence in themselves as teachers.
