2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services and contracts concluded via the website www.unfoldstudioberlin.com and via our booking platform Eversports.
By booking a class or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services

Unfold Studio GmbH offers yoga, pilates and movement classes, workshops and related services.
Class schedules, prices and descriptions are published on our website and booking platform and may be subject to change.

4. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are made via Eversports and are binding.

  • Prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be completed before participation.

  • The terms and conditions of Eversports may additionally apply.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows of Regular classes

  • Cancellation and refund conditions are communicated at the time of booking.

  • If a class is not cancelled within the stated cancellation period, the class will be charged in full.

  • No refunds are granted for missed classes or late cancellations unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations of Workshops, Events and Retreats

Cancellation by the Participant

Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by email). The date on which we receive your cancellation is decisive.

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the event or workshop.

If you cancel less than 60 days before the start date, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Up to 60 days before the event: 25% of the participation fee

  • 59 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the participation fee

  • 29 to 7 days before the event: 75% of the participation fee

  • 6 days before the event or later / no-show: 100% of the participation fee

No refunds are possible in case of non-attendance or partial attendance.

You are welcome to name a replacement participant at any time, provided the person meets the participation requirements. In this case, no cancellation fees will apply.

Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.

7. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Participation in classes is at your own risk.
Our classes do not replace medical advice or treatment.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

Please inform the instructor before class of any injuries, illnesses, health conditions or pregnancy.

Unfold Studio GmbH is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with ยง312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure activities with a specific date or time (e.g. scheduled classes or workshops).

9. Studio Rules

Participants must follow studio rules and instructor guidance.
We reserve the right to exclude participants who disrupt classes or endanger others.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the intellectual property of Unfold Studio GmbH or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of booking applies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
