Mallorca Retreat

1 - 7 October 2027
Tramuntana Mountains, Mallorca

with Valery + Nush

Our end-of-summer retreat will take place near Deià, Mallorca. Son Ru is a 13th century monastery nestled in the Tramuntana Mountains overlooking the ocean. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting a retreat here in the past and fell completely in love with everything.

The moment you drive up the winding roads and pass olive trees you start to feel grounded. Right at the top, is our retreat home. Once entering Son Ru through its big wooden gate you step into a quiet courtyard with space to sit and linger. The house offers a spacious living room that accesses the pool and terrace area. This is where your brunch will be served every morning. The terrace stretches along the whole house and provides lots of nooks to rest, hang out and eat.

We are starting our mornings in silence here to help you go inwards, reflect and commune with nature.

Followed by an extended practice including meditation and Vinyasa Yoga.

Our movement room is located on the second floor. The traditional terracotta tiles and the dark wood elements are traditional for rustic Mallorcan houses and provide an extra touch of warmth. To practice here feels grounding and expanding at the same time.

That’s why we decided to return, because it would be a shame not to.

Your typical day

08:30 Tea + Coffee + Fruit

09:00 Meditation

This retreat includes a hike day to the beach, Sound Bath experience, Yoga Nidra and some more workshops which we’d like to keep a secret for now.

Hosted by

We, Nush and Valery are hosting this retreat together. Apart from running Unfold Studio, running Trainings and teaching weekly Vinyasa and Restorative classes we love hosting retreats. It brings our people together and we get the chance to dive deeper into practices, talk and just have a good time together.

Our aim is to support you in your practice to feel balanced, recharged and a little challenged. We have been teaching yoga for the past 7+ years and it has been supporting us not just in a physical but also mental way. Combined with Zen Thai Shiatsu, we also offer touch workshops, massages and overall hands-on Assists during class. You can all expect some nourishing Savasana Massages.
