Pilates Breath Workshop with Natalia

This two-hour workshop held by Natalia, focuses on the foundational principles of Pilates breath and deep core activation in a mindful, supportive environment. The workshop is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced and aims to build a strong connection between breath, movement, and the body's stabilizing muscles.

Participants learn how to effectively engage the deep core - including the transverse abdominis and pelvic floor - through breath-led movement and precise cueing. The focus is on body awareness, alignment, and building a sustainable movement practice from the inside out.

By the end, participants will have a deeper understanding of how breath drives core engagement, practical tools to apply in any Pilates or movement practice, and a stronger foundation for injury prevention and performance.
