Tender: Pilates + Assisted Stretching

Tenderly unfold into a movement and stretch workshop that focuses on sensation and connection. Unique in its nature, this class is facilitated by two teachers, Gracie + Dani, allowing you to have double the support and double the hands to help guide your body.

This workshop will start with a somatic, slow-strength pilates practice, breaking down the sensations of each posture. You will learn how to integrate your body with your mind, as well as deepen body-muscle awareness, using action based teaching tools, detailed soma-focused language and hands-on facilitation.

The workshop will flow into an assisted stretch, where the teachers will offer physical, hands-on support, allowing your body to open with tenderness to yourself and others.

The physical practice will end with a sound bath, orchestrated by the teachers in union. As well as an opportunity to reflect as a group with some guiding questions.

This is a practice of interrelation and potential creation. Dani and Gracie invite you to come and be tender.
