We will be practicing silence for 1 full day, allowing ourselves to dive deeper within, gain mental clarity, allow self-awareness and (re-)connect to nature.
A four-day silent retreat at NONNA Hof, nestled in the tranquil countryside just outside Berlin, is the ultimate city escape. NONNA Hof’s peaceful, natural surroundings and the carefully curated retreat program make it a perfect sanctuary for anyone yearning to leave the city’s noise behind and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
Each day begins with a meditation and prānāyama practice followed by Vinyasa Yoga or Pilates. During the days in silence, all classes will be guided, so the teachers will be speaking.
NONNA Hof is a large, spacious farmhouse located in the beautiful countryside of Wietstock. With sun-drenched rooms, rustic wooden beams, and cozy wooden floors, the space has a gentle charm that invites you to slow down and settle in.
Large windows frame views of the surrounding landscape, creating a seamless connection with nature that makes you feel like you’re both indoors and outdoors at once. The farmhouse and barn are surrounded by old fruit trees, berry bushes, and expansive meadows filled with healing herbs, inviting you to linger and enjoy.

All rooms at NONNA Hof are simple, cozy and beautiful. You can either book a room for yourself, or choose if you'd like to share with one or 2-3 other people. All rooms have shared bathrooms in the hallway.

3/4 shared room: 755 Euro
To continue booking, a 200€ deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the retreat. Installment payment available upon request.
